We're Still Having Fun....

The water is geneally around 86 degrees or a bit more.  This last Saturday the pool was full of people for class.  Sometimes there are lots of people, and sometimes only this many.  Whatever the day, I love it.
I realize that it's been a long stretch in between posts.  There is just so darn much going on, and we're having so much fun, it's overwhelming to decide what to share with you all. 

At one time I thought I was going to be lonely because I didn't know anyone.  Now...I have to choose how I spend my time because there is so much to do --- and it's all great fun and/or very meaningful.
Recent list for the last week includes:

• Continue my volunteer work filling bags with food for the undernourished with the Operation Feed project.
• Continue to volunteer teaching 5 women massage therapists some advanced techniques that there is a demand for here, but no one to teach them.  Great fit huh?
• Completed my Relationships Alive Basic course Bringing Your Life Alive after a divorce or breakup.  It's now loaded up onto the Thinkific platform for new courses and will be launched soon.
• Completed the Pilot for the Relationships Alive Basic course and am meeting with the attendees weekly
• Completed building a new website for premarital counseling for people soon to get married.
• Got set up to do a marriage enrichment class for a very excited couple who want to see their marriage improve.
• Attended a fun social event --- a potluck here at the Raquet Club for people who live here -- see photo
• Enjoyed having a raclette dinner with some friends here in the Raquet Club who live just around the corner from us and with whom we are going out to lunch today.  (for anyone who does not know what a raclette dinner is, there is a hot griddle placed in the middle of the dining table and meats and vegetables can be grilled on the griddle on top. The melted cheese is served over boiled potatoes, and sliced cold meats, charcuteries, cornichon pickles, and pickled onions are traditionally served on the side.)  Beside being totally fun to do, it's also delicious!

Well, I guess that's enough for today.  Mexico is a wonderful place to live so far.  I may be singing a different tune when the hot season in May and June arrives, but then near the end of June, the rainy season comes and even more flowers burst into bloom and the hills turn spectacularly green.
